About the Position

The Operations team is responsible for establishing the company’s sites worldwide, managing complex operational processes in a global and dynamic environment. The Operations Project Manager will lead cross-organizational projects, plan and execute site setup and operational processes, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. The role includes managing schedules, budgets, resources, and risks, and requires proven experience working abroad and in the telecom sector. Reports to the VP of Operations.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of projects for establishing the company’s global sites
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project stages: schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and scope
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (development, finance, IT) and external partners (suppliers, partners)
  • Creating work plans, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to goals
  • Analyzing and defining business and technical requirements, drafting specification documents, and managing requirements
  • Implementing processes and workflows to optimize operational efficiency
  • Regular reporting to the VP of Operations on project status, challenges, and solutions
  • Working in a global environment with flexibility for varied hours and international travel as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operational/global operations projects, with a focus on site/infrastructure setup abroad
  • Proven experience in international environments, including managing vendors and global teams
  • Mandatory – Significant experience in telecom: communication infrastructures, networks, edge equipment, etc.
  • Experience in planning, managing, and monitoring budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal) – mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong cross-functional communication
  • Proficiency in Office systems and project management tools (MS Project, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel abroad as required by projects
  • Foreign Passport an advantage
