Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand Raft’s customer base in Europe, focusing on financial trading firms.
  • Understand client needs for low-latency networking solutions and market data.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Achieve, execute and exceed sales goals, consistently meeting performance benchmarks.
  • Identify and initiate contact with target accounts, generating new sales pipeline.
  • Manage deals and customer relationships end-to-end, including negotiation and closing, and post-sale account management.
  • Represent Raft Technologies at trade conferences and contribute to brand awareness.
  • Provide timely feedback on performance, forecast, and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record in quota carrying roles.
  • Expertise in financial markets and, preferably, familiarity with low-latency networking solutions.
  • Proven success in closing large enterprise-level deals.
  • Experience in managing long term relationships with customers and expanding the business (upsell).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Independent and self-sufficient, motivated and driven.
